For me building guitars is primarily a musical challenge. I consult closely with musicians to produce instruments that will allow them to express their voice. I work alone using the finest materials.

 

I now offer four models, as described below. I also take on commission work that may fall between, or outside of, those models.

 

I am equally at home with Spruce and Cedar soundboards, and have beautifully aged stocks of both. For the back and sides I most often use Indian Rosewood, African Blackwood, Cocobolo, or Ceylon Satinwood.
